Premencity is a fictional city built from personal experience, inspired by Bremen, Germany, and reimagined under its mirrored name, “Premen.”
The city is divided into four districts, each representing a season, where the main character and its residents live out their own unique stories throughout the year.

The project combines hand-drawn illustrations with interactive paper models, allowing visitors to wander through its streets, gardens, and rooftops—feeling the city breathe and flow through touch and play.

As the project evolved, I collaborated with a small team to create exhibitions and interactive installation games based on Premencity. We also developed a fictional magazine, Premencity Crossing, which curates the city’s rumors, stories, and daily life through the perspective of its imaginary editor, “Editor P,” extending the sensory experience of the city into a narrative form.

Premencity began as a way to document my life and growth in this city. Over time, it has grown beyond personal memory into a shared public space—a collective container for urban memories.
It invites people to reflect on their own relationships with their cities and to find resonance in a shared urban imagination.
