Visitors can scan the marker pattern and will see some of the dramatic obstacles that illustrated student Poillu encountered during her studies at HfK. For example, the language certificates that needed to be submitted as an international student, the endless studying and so on.
The extra-long building of the Kunstakademie Bremen inspired my scene, and Poillu, as an original character, which has no gender and no facial features, represents the students studying illustration at the Kunstakademie.
I placed marker motifs in many corners of the Hochschuletag School 2022 to fulfill my goal of “💥 destroying 💥” HfK.
